Perth law firm Talbot Olivier plans to adopt a new brand as part of a link-up with two east coast firms also owned by listed company Integrated Legal Holdings.
Talbot Olivier along with Sydney firm Argyle Lawyers and Melbourne’s Rockwell Bates all plan to trade as Rockwell Olivier.
ILH managing director Graeme Fowler said the change was part of a strategy to accelerate collaboration across the group and achieve synergies.
“Rockwell Olivier is more than a name change; it’s a desire to combine into a national law firm that is an improved version of the individual firms,” he said.
Specific benefits noted by ILH were “revenue growth opportunities resulting from a national approach and a consistent client and marketing strategy, as well as cost synergies from the streamlining of brands, websites and marketing”.
The transition to the rebranded Rockwell Oliver, is expected to be completed by March 2013.
