Perth-based oil and gas explorer Swala Energy has appointed Walbrook Investor Relations as its advisor as it prepares to list on the Australian Securities Exchange.
Swala intends to list on the ASX imminently, as it completes its $11 million initial public offering launched late last month, priced at 20 cents per share.
The company’s main focus is its Tanzanian and Kenyan oil assets, which it is seeking to develop both alone and in partnership with local operators.
Walbrook will advise Swala on strategic communications across financial media, research and company investor groups.
