TWELVE housing lots will go under the hammer on August 16 in the fourth release of Subiaco Redevelopment Authority’s Subiaco Rise subdivision.
Located on the former BOC Gases site, the Subiaco Rise subdivision has undergone extensive remediation to produce a residential development area.
There is expected to be solid interest in the lots, which front Laurino Terrace and Price Street. Previous auctions secured record prices of almost $2,000 a square metre.
Time Conti Sheffield sales agent Trevor Neil says lot sizes range from terrace lots of 174sq m to a duplex lot of 496sq m, with four of the lots adjacent to parkland.
“The May auction saw smaller blocks attract over $1700/sq m and larger blocks reach over $1200sq m,” Mr Neil says.
The auction will begin on site at 10.30am.
