IT services provider ASG Group has announced a $2.96 million profit for the 12 months to June 30, an increase of 19.5 per cent on the last financial year. ASG’s earnings growth came on revenue of $40.8 million, up $16 million or 67 per cent on 2004, the company said. ASG managing director Geoff Lewis singled out the value of a contract renewal with Health WA for five more years to 2010 and new contracts with Hutchison Telecommunications, Edith Cowan University, Sony, Hard-man Resources and Powertel. In June, ASG and its partner Oracle announced a contract to provide corporate services business systems to the WA Government.
