The state government has introduced a new rebate scheme for people who purchase a block of land in one of 40 land estates across regional Western Australia.
Lands Minister Terry Redman said the campaign would provide rebates of up to $10,000 on hundreds of residential and industrial lots from Carnarvon to Mandurah.
“With land to suit all budgets, this is a great opportunity for families to turn their home ownership dreams into reality or to start a new business,” Mr Redman said.
Featured LandCorp residential and industrial estates in regional WA include Carnarvon, Broome, Newman, Onslow, Karratha and Mandurah.
The rebates will range from $2,000 to $10,000.
Additional rebates for landscaping, sustainable design and early completion are available on some lots as well.
The rebates are available on purchases settled by April 30.
