The state government says it will assume the risk of voiding building warranties and allow all school facilities built under the Building the Education Revolution program to have air conditioning installed.

Well the Feds have done it again. I bet Julia. Wayne and 007 have aicons in their offices, even though in Canberra you do not need it. In winter they produce enough hot air anyway! Once again the WA Taxpayer has to foot a bill that should be a Fed bill. Perhaps Julia would like to sit in a non airconditioned school in Carnarvon - but then she may be confronted by angry voters who lost their properties in floods! When is this going to end? Bring on an election please.
