State One wins discount broking awards

Perth broker State One's online trading service, Amscot Discount Stockbroking has won two awards at the AFR Smart Investor Blue Ribbon awards.

Amscot "swept" the discount broking pool winning awards for "Cheapest Non-Advisory Telephone Broker" and "Cheapest Online Broker".

Earlier this year Amscot was awarded the Canstar Cannex award for offering the most outstanding value in the active Online Equities Trader category.

In a letter to clients the company's online manager Sean Nofal said, "These are highly recognised awards, and are a tribute to our staff."
