Burgess Rawson WA has added three new staff members.
Peter Kreutzer, formerly of Hegney Property Valuations, joins the team as a valuer.
He has 10 years experience working in the Perth property market, specialising in office, retail, industrial, englobo development land, government lot and residential valuations.
Mr Kreutzer is a licensed valuer, holds a Bachelor of Business degree and is an associate of the Australian Property Institute.
Russell Franks has been appointed senior portfolio manager.
Mr Franks was previously an associate director for Nelson Bakewell, where he managed a portfolio for AXA.
Stephen Humphries has taken over the position of retail leasing manager, replacing Judd Otley.
Prior to this appointment, he was involved in commercial, industrial and retail sales and leasing at Porter Matthews.
Mr Humphries also operates a post office.
In internal movements, Andrew Taylor has been promoted to property manager, where he will oversee CBD and West Perth commercial properties.
