The 2006 Harold Clough lecture and luncheon, hosted by the Institute of Public Affairs, is to be held on September 6 at the Perth Convention Exhibition Centre. The lecture topic is the future of Western Australia and housing affordability. Wendell Cox, international urban policy expert and principal of international public policy firm Demographia, will explain why governments are making housing unaffordable and hurting economic development in WA.
