Spiky issue at Sandalford

FOR anyone attending this weekend’s ‘Evening on the Green’ concert at Sandalford Wines, featuring The Pretenders and Paul Kelly, be sure to pay great attention to detail when packing your picnic. In accordance with today’s overly precious environment, wine spikes, metal cutlery and glass objects are not permitted, while bottled water is allowed, although only if sealed. And for anyone trying to get a better view, forget it – those with high deck chairs will be relegated to the rear of the venue.
