TOP contender for the ‘2003 Brave Association Head award’ – Australian Petroleum Production and Exploration Association executive director, Barry Jones – recently addressed the Western Australian Sustainable Energy Association on the topic ‘In the National Interest?: Arguments on why Australia should not sign the Kyoto Protocol’.

The WASEA described some of what Mr Jones said as “very confronting”.
