THE halfway mark has been reached in the construction of East Perth’s biggest development.
The $30 million Upper Eastside Apartment project, at 29 Trafalgar Road, is set to welcome its first residents by the end of November.
Designed by WA architects Overman and Zuideveld, the development consists of 30 single floor apartments, 13 of which have already been sold, including three of the four available penthouses.
Bertram Group director David Bertram said he was more than happy with the interest generated by the luxury housing project.
“We are extremely pleased with the success of the development to date … Upper Eastside has received a tremendous amount of interest and people are especially pleased with the style and elegance of the building,” Mr Bertram said.
“Our clients are looking for exciting and innovative apartment properties and the design of the Upper Eastside reflects this new trend and expectations of modern and stylish living.”
Starting from $595,000, apartments are comprised of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, powder room and a minimum of 60sqm of balcony and terrace area.
Penthouses start from $1.85 million and, in addition to standard apartment rooms, have a study and at least 125sqm of private rooftop terraces and balconies.
Other features of the development include a sauna, gymnasium, sunken spa, internal heated pool and Japanese gardens with water features.
