Snap gets Current Knowledge

WA-BASED Snap Printing has bought the Current Knowledge Print Group which also trades as Pink Panther.

The acquisition includes Pink Panther’s six street level printing centres in Sydney and four in Melbourne as well as Jackson Press in Sydney.

The Current Knowledge Print Group has been in the hands of receiver Martin Maden of Arthur Andersen since January.

Snap Printing CEO Tim Hantke said the Sydney and Melbourne Pink Panther centres would be integrated with Snap’s existing seventy-five centres in those cities.

“The corporate side of the Current Knowledge Print Group will be renamed Snap Printing dot com and continue to work with major corporations on a national basis to provide the specialised services required by such businesses in printing and document management,” he said.
