Skywest has announced twice-weekly flights between Perth, Busselton and Albany will commence on July 8.
Passengers will be able to book online or via a travel agent from May 30, with fares starting at $69 one-way between Perth and Busselton, Skywest said.
"Busselton is an ideal place to explore the natural and gourmet delights of the Margaret River region," Skywest chief executive Mark Shelton said.
"Together with the additional services between Busselton and Albany, we are pleased to offer local residents, businesses and tourists more flexible options for travel to and within the region."
The expansion of services in the South West follows Skywest's announcement earlier this month that it would upgrade its fleet and expand its Geraldton operations.
The regional air carrier plans a weekly service from Geraldton to Bali, and also to add extra routes from Geraldton to the eastern seaboard and Melbourne from July.
At 12:45PM (WST), Skywest shares were steady at 49 cents.
