Skywest Airlines is expected to generate a further $10.4 million a year in revenue after it signed a deal with Citic Pacific to transport workers between Perth and Karratha.
Both companies entered into an initial one-year deal for a scheduled airline service to fly in and fly out workers to and from Citic Pacific's Sino Iron project.
Skywest said the agreement's scope and revenue may increase should additional services be required and scheduled.
Shares in Skywest closed up half-a-cent to 29.5c today.
