SHORTER Advertising is celebrating the addition of builder Statesman Homes to its client list.

The new client, estimated to be worth more than $750,000, is good news for the agency, which has considerable experience with clients in the building industry.

The Shorter Group managing director Debra Shorter scotched any rumours the Shorter Group was looking to join forces with Marketforce to combat the tough advertising market.

“These rumours have been flying around because of the Burswood loss,” Ms Shorter said.

“We’ve already picked up Statesman Homes and we hope to make another announcement about new business this week.”

Marketforce chairman Howard Read was unwilling to make any comment on the speculation.
