Shopping centre list out now

In today’s dynamic commercial environment, where quality, timely data is vital, the Property Council produced West Australian Shopping Centre Directory and Benchmark Survey are sources of retail information and decision making tools which make a difference.

The 1999 West Aust-ralian Shopping Centre Directory provides a comprehensive listing of all major shopping centres in Western Australia, including details on centre identity, ownership, size and management.

This edition of the directory includes 240 shopping centres, comprising more than 1.6 million square metres of retail floor space.

The Property Council WA Shopping Centre Directory sets the benchmark for research, information and contacts for the WA retail industry.

Over 600 shopping centre owners, retailers, managing and leasing agents, cleaners, law firms, consumers and other industry participants use the WA Property Council Shopping Centre Directory as a reference guide and business tool.

The Benchmark Survey presents the results of an analysis of financial year operating costs for WA shopping centres.

It is designed to provide industry participants with a set of reliable benchmarks for evaluating performance and preparing budgets.
