If you own, run or are involved with a small-to-medium enterprise and you have a good example of how you overcame a difficulty or turned a threat into an opportunity then we'd like to hear from you.
We know that it's not all glamour in business.
Some of the most frustrating elements of running a business are the mundane or run-of-the-mill issues which can grow into serious issues.
We'd like you to tell us, and our readers have you solved or overcome:
Bookkeeping or accounting crises;
- HR dilemmas;
- Distribution issues;
- Security concerns;
- Sudden drops in sales;
- Defects in your product;
- Supply line difficulties;
- Lack of market recognition.
These are a just a few examples of regular problems or issues that may have beset your business.
If you have a solution you'd care to share we would appreciate it, and so would many of the 65,000 fellow business people who read our paper each week. Just be prepared to tell the whole story and be in a photograph too.
If you'd like to get in touch just email firstname.lastname@example.org and put the words 'case study' in the subject line.
