Fraser’s executive chef Brad Ford has been appointed to head the kitchen team at Bluewater, a new venue to open next month under the same ownership and management as Fraser’s.
Prior to his position at Fraser’s, Mr Ford was sous chef at the Club Restaurant at the Cable Beach Resort in Broome.
Mark Haynes will take over Mr Ford’s previous appointment as head chef at Fraser’s Restaurant.
Mr Haynes, who has been in charge of Fraser’s kitchen for several years, completed his apprenticeship at Observation City Resort Hotel.
