Selling the SW

TOURISM South West has been flaunting its assets internationally. Last week, Tourism South West CEO Karen Priest attended the world’s largest tourism trade show, Internationale Tourism Borse, in Berlin, Germany.

ITB is a European market event coordinated by the Australian Tourist Commission and the WA Tourism Commission.

“My role at these shows is to convince travel agents to include the South West in their travel itineraries and suggest ways of selling packages to the region,” Ms Priest said.
