BUSINESS intelligence software solutions company Cognos has enhanced Peters & Brownes’ supply chain network.

Cognos’ flagship product Power-Play is a multidimensional tool used for performance measurement and analysis.

Previously, Peters & Brownes’ sales representatives would visit retailers and record customer product information on A6 cards.

Sales reps are now armed with a copy of the host database and PowerPlay to refer to the customer’s sales history and make better recommendations.
