Baptistcare manager, marketing, PR and communications Paula Rogers has been appointed the new Committee for Economic Development of Australia state director. She fills the position left vacant by Liz Ritchie’s departure in February, when Ms Ritchie resigned to take up the position of regional general manager, commercial banking Perth South for Westpac. Ms Rogers joined Baptistcare in January last year after serving as general manager for The Hub Marketing Communications. Her previous positions include business development manager roles for law firms Squire Patton Boggs and Minter Ellison. Ms Rogers held publisher roles at Aspermont and WA Newspapers after earlier serving as ad manager for Euromoney and Risk Publications. Ms Rogers is also a former chief executive of Lunchbox List. She has served as a director of the Eon Foundation since July last year, and of Heritage Perth since 2012. She joined the Perth leadership council of The Funding Network in 2013.
