Expressions of interest have been called for by Knight Frank on a 3,330 square metre office warehouse complex on around 3,965 square metres of land.
The property, at 172 Railway Parade, Leederville, is leased to Edwards Dunlop until February 2000 for $216,450 per annum.
Knight Frank are also offering for lease a Bunnings warehouse site at Hometown, Bibra Lake.
Bunnings are relocating from the Hometown complex later this year.
The 6,835 square metre warehouse is complemented by a bituminised yard of approximately 7,700 square metres.
Knight Frank’s Julian Lodge said: “This represents an outstanding opportunity for a bulky goods retailer to capitalise on a prime location in the heart of Bibra Lake.
“Bulky goods centres such as these offer tenants better exposure and lower rental costs when compared to major shopping centres.
“This, together with complementary retailers grouped together, is the main reason for the success of these centres.
