Resource Development appoints directors

Resource Development Group has appointed Andrew Ellison and Richard Eden to its board of directors, following the acquisition of Central Systems Pty Ltd last month.

Mr Ellison joined the Central Systems board as a director in 2012 after spending seven years as a director of Forge Group and as managing director of the subsidiary construction business, Cimeco.

Mr Eden joined the board of Central Systems as a director in 2010 after occupying the role of director and general manager of Cimeco’s civil and building divisions.

Mr Ellison and Mr Eden replace executive director Damir Panzich and non-executive director Chris Ryan, who have resigned from the company.
