The Australian Property Institute (API) in affiliation with the Financial Services Institute of Australia (Finsia) is presenting its annual Property Outlook, March 16 at the Parmelia Hilton Hotel. Speakers for the event include Greg Rossen, president of the Real Estate Institute of WA, and Nicky Cusworth, director economic policy at the WA Department of Treasury and Finance. As well as reviewing the current state and outlook for the residential property market, these speakers will also discuss the ways in which Western Australia is different to the rest of Australia property wise.
