The total value of building approvals in the South West was $67 million in November – $36 million of which was for residential buildings.
The statistical area of Dale, incorporating the Peel region of Mandurah and Boddington along with the Murray and Waroona Shires, accounted for approximately 45 per cent of approvals in the region.
The approval of 127 new houses worth over $15 million in the Dale region in November helped push approvals for the South West region to around 283 house approvals valued at more than $34 million.
