Record results for NRW Holdings

NRW Holdings is riding high following a strong 2024 financial year, due to sustained success across a range of sectors in both Australia and North America.

The civil and mining services contractor generated a normalised net earnings profit of $123.8 million, up 18.6 per cent from the prior corresponding period.

Additionally, NRW’s earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation increased by 15.9 per cent to $334.8 million. Revenue rose by 9.2 per cent to $2.9 billion, in line with the company’s market update on July 18.

Jules Pemberton-led NRW said it was targeting full-year revenue of approximately $3.1 billion for the 2025 financial year, along with an earnings before interest, tax and amortisation guidance between $205 million and $215 million.

“Together with an order book of $5.5 billion, of which circa $2.9 billion will be delivered in the 2025 financial year, and active tenders of $5.5 billion, I have great confidence in the group’s future performance and growth potential,” Mr Pemberton said.

NRW’s board of directors have also declared a final dividend of 9 cents per share, fully franked, to their shareholders, which will be paid in October.

The company began trade strongly on Thursday morning, with its shares up 10 per cent to $3.51 per share as of 9.56am WST.
