EAST Perth and North-bridge are still attracting strong buyer demand.
This was demonstrated recently with the first release of land at Belvi-dere in East Perth selling out in just three weeks.
According to Limnios First National agent Atha Limnios, the 11 mixed-use sites sold for a total exceeding $1.8 million.
“Priced from just $160,000, these sites have proven to be very popular with both private purchasers and developers,” he said.
Additionally, 50 per cent of the 56 Rialto Terrace apartments now available at 34 Palmer-ston Street, Northbridge, have been sold.
The apartments, with a variety of sizes and floor plans within a European village ambience, range in price from $188,000 to $318,000 each.
First National spokes-man Irene Limnios said she thought now was a good time to buy in Northbridge.
The group’s other project in the immediate area, on the historic malting site, is also selling well, with 50 per cent of a total of 137 apartments having been sold off the plans.
