Rare Northbridge lots up for grabs

THE East Perth Redevelopment Authority has put the last single residential lot in its Russell Square precinct in Northbridge up for sale, along with its last vacant lot in Lindsay Street. Lot 612 Lindsay Street comprises 416 square metres of space, while Lot 136 Davies Street in Russell Square has 257sq m. EPRA CEO Tony Morgan said the two rare lots would be highly sought after, being close to cafes, restaurants, boutique shopping and transport. The Lindsay Street site has potential for 100 per cent residential or commercial development with allowances for two storeys at the front of the development and three storeys to the rear. It is located a few hundred metres from the proposed Tyne Square and Coles supermarket complex under construction on the corner of Newcastle and Beaufort streets. Both lots are being sold via offers to purchase closing May 17 at 2pm, through Knight Frank sales agent Graeme Kiddey.
