It would seem, according to an Amsas consulting ''preemptive'' press release, on their website, dated December 19, 2008, that Puntland's new President, Dr Farole may be leaning towards re-invoking Dr Ali Abdulahi's Melbourne based company of Australian, Somalian, and indeed international integrity to re-forge his long held ideals, relating to what is understood to be his belief in a Somalian national resources company, designed to benefit all who call the ''horn'' their homeland. Range Resources' impending Tuesday announcement would be anticipated by many of it's long suffering share holders with some trepidation one may suspect.
