Over the last 15 years, Perth has evolved in maturity and sophistication with a changing perspective on luxury apartment living. In 2017, the Australian Bureau of Statistics reported that 92% of all occupied apartments in Western Australia are in Perth.
And while towers are mushrooming across Perth's skyline and dotting the river precincts, Raffles in Applecross remains the most iconic building in this prestigious river precinct, boasting uninterrupted views of the majestic Swan River surrounded by the flickering lights of the legendary Perth cityscape.
Named after the legendary hotel in Singapore, Raffles is synonymous with elegance and exclusivity, and it remains a timeless residence with an address that is landmarked by one single word which immediately speaks volumes about someone’s prominence and status.
The design redefines the concept of modern luxury by creating a haven of calm and quiet taste that Perth’s elite call home.
Raffles continues to create a peaceful sanctuary in the heart of Perth with sweeping water views of the river foreshore. Superbly located, the building is easily accessible via major transportation arteries and only an 11-minute drive from the Perth CBD.
As the listing agent Nick Wallace aptly states, “Based on my conversations with buyers, Raffles remains the cream of the crop of luxury apartment living in terms of style, design, and location. With access to an indoor pool, health and wellness centre, and an award-winning restaurant within the complex, it is not hard to tell why it persists as a highly coveted building. Raffles continues to set a benchmark today for developers in Australia.”
