RMA Energy in halt on China speculation

Shares in RMA Energy have been placed in a trading halt after it was approached by an entity, speculated to be a Chinese business, that could result in an offer for some or all of its shares.

The Perth-based business said it expected to make an announcement in relation to the approach by the start of trade on Tuesday.

Shares in RMA were up 0.6 cents, or 14.6 per cent, to 4.7c before the halt was enacted.
