INCOLL Management is a development and project management consultancy operating across Australia. The company specialises in the development and project management of major property developments, providing advice from the initial investment, design and approval through to construction, occupation and handover. With 70 consultants nationwide, Incoll is ranked as the third largest management consultancy firm in WA, according to the 2006 WA Business News Book of Lists. The Perth office was established in 1992 as IR Watson and Associates, which now trades as Incoll Management following its merger with the Incoll Group nationally. The Perth office is headed by company director, Graham Nash. The office has expanded considerably over the past few years with Rodney Popham recently joining the team as project director. Incoll has been involved in many significant projects in Perth for clients such as Stockland, David Jones, Hawaiian and Australia Post.
