MANDURAH housing estate, Port Bouvard, recently released the first stage of its new multi-million dollar luxury housing development.
The $20 million development of 30 luxury golf course homes, dubbed The Links, will be located in the Southport precinct of Port Bouvard. Overlooking the first nine holes of the estate golf course, the project marks the trend towards greater usage of lifestyle features in estate development.
The first stage involves the construction of 10 homes to be marketed between $520,000 and $595,000.
Last financial year Port Bouvard Limited reported record sales of more than $100 million, up $68.1 million on the previous year, and recorded a nine-fold increase in after-tax profit.
Port Bouvard Limited chief executive Ross Neumann said he was confident 2004 would be another year of sustained sales.
“The interest rate rise announcements last year initially knocked over visitor numbers to Port Bouvard but December turned out to be another very good sales month,” he said.
