Joe Gutnick's sister Pnina Feldman looks to be setting herself for a second ASX listing this year, with her company Australian Gemstone House Ltd lodging notice of a prospectus to raise $30 million. Australian Gemstone group says its focus is to develop a business that sells its own uniquely branded Australian gemstone jewellery and non-jewellery products into the global consumer market. Mrs Feldman is also chair of Australian Gold Investments Ltd which listed earlier this year, which has a market capitalisation of $2.7 million. According to the group's website, Australian Gemstone said it would use gems derived mainly from raw material sources it owns. A prospectus has been lodged with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission but is not yet available for access. The management of Australian Gemstone House includes Mrs Feldman is executive chairperson, Mr Sholom Feldman who is managing director of Australiana Gems Pty Ltd and Simon Pecover, managing director of Australian Gemstone Resources Pty Ltd. Australiana Gems and Australian Gemstone Resources are part of the Australian Gemstone group.
