PharmAust pockets $3.5m from sale

Subiaco-based PharmAust Ltd has pocketed over $3.5 million from the sale of its majority shareholding in Commonwealth Biotechnologies Inc.

The Western Australian company sold its stake to Venturepharm Laboratories Ltd, a company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
