Perth housing prices soar

LATEST research by Australian Property Monitors shows Perth housing prices jumped by almost one-third in 2006.APM research showed the average Perth house price rose 31 per cent in 2006, compared to Sydney which only recorded a growth of 0.5 per cent for the same period. But there are signs that the Perth property market has come off the boil, with growth slowing markedly over the December quarter.
