Perkins Builders has announced a pair of significant new contract wins, collectively worth more than $50 million.
The deals comprise a $30 million deal to construct the second stage of the Butler College expansion, as well as a $20 million contract to redevelop the Pinjarra Junction Shopping Centre.
The new works follow Perkins’ recent shopping centre project wins at Wellard Square and Wyatt Grove.
“The procurement of the new contracts is timely as we have just handed over our $51 million Roy Hill headquarters and remote operations centre project at Perth Airport and so we are able to maintain our order book value around the $250 million mark,” general manager Mark Parish said.
“The Roy Hill project was completed 12 weeks ahead of the original contracted completion date and enhances Perkins reputation for completing every contract on time.”
