Two major shareholders in Perth-based Paramount Mining Corporation Ltd, who instigated a motion to remove some of the company's directors last year, have reduced their shareholding and exited the share register.
In notices to the Australian Securities Exchange, Cleo Holdings Pty Ltd sold out its remaining 1.05 per cent holding of 1.14 million shares for $54,857.
Last year, Cleo called for an extraordinary meeting to oust directors Maureen Muggeridge, Bram Janse and Charles Devenish and replace them with stockbrokers Kyle Haynes, Michael Robson and lawyer David Sanders.
The requisition was unsuccessful.
Additionally Mr Haynes has sold 1.17 million shares or 2.66 per cent of his interest in Paramount for $56,541. His current stake in the company stands at 5.07 per cent.
