PricewaterhouseCoopers partners, Brian Beresford and Maurice Argento are set to join Euroz Securities as executive directors.
Euroz executive chairman Peter Diamond told WA Business News he was "really rapt" to announce the appointments.
Mr Beresford is a corporate finance partner at PWC which he joined in 2007 when PWC acquired GEM Consulting.
Mr Argento has been a PWC partner since 2009 when PWC acquired Mainsheet Corporate.
"These appointments are the result of a major executive search over seven months to boost our Corporate Finance capacity and further leverage our existing major market position in WA capital markets," said head of corporate finance at Euroz Securities, Doug Young.
"All of our staff are excited that we were able to attract these two high calibre individuals to our Corporate Finance team," said Mr Diamond.
"We encourage all of our employees to be shareholders in Euroz Limited and we are greatly encouraged that Brian and Maurice have both committed to make significant personal investments in the Euroz Limited placement announced to the ASX last week," he said.
The pair will join the company in the New Year.
This follows the unexplained departure earlier this year of corporate finance partner Karl Paganin.
