PCF Capital teams up with global bank

The popularity of seeking international equity and dual listings in Canada has resulted in West Perth-based PCF Capital Group forming a partnership with Toronto-headquartered investment bank CIBC World Markets.

The equity capital markets partnership is set to extend PCF's capabilities and capacity to source new equity transactions for Australian listed mining companies.

PCF has been servicing mining clients for more than 10 years.

The partnership will focus primarily on potential dual listing opportunities, particularly on the Toronto Stock Exchange and helping Australian companies raise equity from international investors.

PCF will be able to utilise CIBC's global investor network, with offices in London, Beijing, Hong Kong, Singapore and New York.
