ADRIAN Tobin is to be the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre’s executive chef.
Mr Tobin was vice captain of the Australian ‘National Culinary’ Team for eight years. During this time the team won numerous international awards including world champions for part of their cold work in the Berlin Culinary Olympics.
Another of his career highlights was training the chefs of one of the wealthiest men in the world, the Sultan of Brunei and cooking for the Queen of England.
The PCEC’s kitchen and food and beverage team are capable of creating from 20 to 5,000 tailored dining experiences depending on the specific event requirements.
