Osmere Ltd relists

OSMERE Ltd has relisted its post consolidation shares on the Australian Stock Exchange as Online Advantage Limited after finalising regulatory approvals for the change.

This marks the final stage of Osmere’s transformation into an electronic commerce player following the acquisition of Sydney-based Online Advan-tage Pty Ltd, which was recently appointed Australasian distributor for the UK-based Infobank International Holdings PLC.
