Property group Stockland has attracted Optus for the top floor of its office building on Victoria Avenue in the CBD, with the telco giant to also take up naming and signage rights.
The office will be re-named the Optus Centre, with Optus taking up 1,908 square metres of floor space in the building, adding to Linkforce Engineering and Main Roads Western Australia which have also leased whole floors.
“Our vision is to offer modern, sustainable and functional office assets across the country which support our tenants, their employees and the community,” Stockland general manager logistics and business parks Tony D’Addona said.
“Our portfolio of prime office assets ensures we are well placed to deliver property solutions to meet ever-changing market demands.”
The building has undergone full-floor refurbishments on each level, including an upgrade to base building services, new wall and floor finishes, and all bathrooms have been redecorated.
