The Perth proptech is working with an online portal onthehouse.com.au to boost its web presence.
Openn Negotiation has paired with CoreLogic subsidiary onthehouse.com.au to boost its online presence and in a bid to generate more revenue.
The Perth proptech today announced the integration of its online auction platform into the Corelogic-owned website.
The partnership will allow users of onthehouse.com.au to submit secure bids for residential properties on the site, via newly created Openn Offers.
Openn Negotiation chief executive Sean Adomeit said the deal would potentially provide substantial commercial and revenue benefits.
“The opportunity to embed Openn Offers within onthehouse.com.au, a platform that attracts over 2 million visits each month, aligns us to a leading property sales platform and allows us to reach its highly engaged audience,” he said.
CoreLogic general manager real estate solutions Dirk Miller said the integration would help the company’s goal of providing solutions to improve the efficiency of the property sector.
“This integration is another step towards this, providing an additional selling tool in the kit for agents adopting and leveraging technology to enhance their sales results.”
The deal comes after Openn secured a capital injection from Axiom Properties that came after job cuts at the company.
Openn’s shares were trading at 0.8 cents at the time of writing, down 11 per cent from yesterday.
The company had an $8.9 million market capitalisation at its recent September quarter update.
