AN ONLINE psychological test could prove a boon to the recruitment industry.
AN ONLINE psychological test could prove a boon to the recruitment industry.
Onetest is an online tool that helps employers, managers and recruitment consultants to predict who the high-performing employees will be.
It combines three of the most widely used test types – numerical, verbal and abstract reasoning – into one twenty minute test.
Onetest managing director Steven Dahl devised the test after working in the recruitment industry for many years.
“Onetest provides employers with an interpretive report within fifteen minutes of the candidate completing the test,” Mr Dahl said.
“It compares the candidates’ performances in relation to the broader population, in relation to people in similar jobs and in relation to one another.
“It can be used by anyone looking to recruit the best people regardless of their experience with psychological testing,” he said.
