Nuheara gets US approval

Perth-based wearable technology company Nuheara has received certification for the sale of its IQbuds in the US.

Nuheara said today it had achieved FCC certification, and was now approved to begin the fulfilment process for US pre-order customers and then commence broader retail sales.

“As we wrap up our very successful CES activities here in the US, the announcement of IQbuds achieving certification for sale in the US is very well timed," Nuheara chief executive Justin Miller said.

"It has been an extremely successful week for the company and we look forward to providing a further update on all CES activities over the course of the next week.”

Last week, the company achieved RCM certification for Australia and New Zealand, allowing it to sell its product to pre-order customers in those countries as well.
