Not For Profit Board: Riding For the Disabled

The Riding for the Disabled association is an international not-for-profit organisation founded in Australia in 1964, and has operated in WA since 1974. The organisation encourages intellectually and physically disabled children to partake in therapeutic and recreational equestrian activities. Riders are encouraged to develop their abilities and enter into friendly competitions both within the state and nationally. There are 15 centres across suburban and rural WA.
