North Perth units expected to excite

A unique North Perth development with views to the city, is creating a lot of interest according to real estate agent Ken Burnett of Police & Nurses First National Real Estate.

The development at 121 Alma Road comprises four units with one unit already sold off the plan. The four bedroom, three bathroom units are designed in the Victorian style with clay roof tiles and a red brick facade to blend with surrounding old homes.

Feature arches, turned posts and spacious balconies give the units a style which Mr Burnett has described as the ‘quintessence of understated elegance’.

The units will have ducted air-conditioning, be fully carpeted and landscaped and feature video and infrared security.
