Noodlemania hits Subiaco

ALL the way from London comes Wagamama, a Japanese noodle restaurant chain that will open shortly on Roberts Road, Subiaco. It will be the first Wagamama to open in Western Australia and is one of eight Australia-wide. It will be located at Subiaco Square. The first Wagamama was opened by Alan Yau in London’s Bloomsbury Restaurant in 1992. Since then, almost 50 have started in London and the UK, Europe, the Pacific rim and the Middle East. Wagamama is owned by its management, private shareholders, investment manager Hutton Collins and venture capital provider Graphite Capital Management Limited.
